I like your sunset photos. Do you ever allow permissions for use as book covers or website photos?

    • Hi Lucinda. I have never been approached & there would need to be some sort of conversation. However – glad you liked them (& hopefully you’ll continue to do so) & thank you for asking 🙂
My bugbear at the moment is that because I work nights, I don’t get to photograph sunsets as often as I used to. :-/

But you do have some lovely sunsets there… we returned from our walk about and last night i looked for a city sunset… how disappointing after what we have seen in the desert….

    • Ah, that would be a letdown. I remember when I was a kid we used to have holidays on my uncle’s farm 300 miles north of Afelaide – Kimba – huge wheat growing district. I remember sunsets from there, but not from Melbourne 🙂

How those out of the city seem so much more real… we commented last nigh when looking up in the sky, how we now know why there are so few stars to be seen in the city… they all move to the outback, they obviously don’t like the pollution either….

      • light pollution is the bane of all astronomers – professional & amatuer alike. Perht is lucky for a city – we get to see more stars than just about any other city in the world, but where I live, I don’t see many. The light pollution here is fairly strong. Yet, I still do get to see stars.

Wonderful shots, and what a great record. I particularly liked the way you let the human landscape of buildings just suddenly spring into the pictures mid-stream, then phase out again as you returned to raw nature and those skies. The colour intensity is fabulous.

    • Thaks Van 🙂 There were so many shots that worked it was hard to make a selection. Sadly, this evening is not looking good, and we haven’t even got rain out of it!
